Vidd Medical AS is responsible for the personal data processed on viddmedical.no. In short, this is what we collect and why.

When you contact us
We receive your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, and what you write, and use them only to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We delete your request once we have followed it up, unless it leads to a customer relationship.
Statistics without cookies
The website sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which makes an anonymous code from your IP address that changes every day, so the statistics cannot be linked to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website.
Who processes the data
Vercel Inc. provides the infrastructure the website runs on and processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse. Google delivers email from the contact form through Google Workspace. Both are our processors. Data may be transferred to the US, and the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in the data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Training portal
The training portal has its own privacy policy, in Norwegian.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, and you can object to the processing. Write to us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
